Perfect for a Valentine’s Day dessert, or just any day of the week, you will love this easy cookie recipe that tastes like cake batter!Cake Batter M&M Cookies, an easy and delicious cookie recipe for Valentine's Day or any occasion!

Cake Batter M&M Cookies are one of my absolute favorite cookie recipes. I love everything about these cookies. The flavor, the texture, and the ease! I love cooking from scratch, but when it comes to baking, I always take short cuts. Cake mix cookies are one of my favorite baking hacks. They minimize the amount of ingredients you need and the results are a super soft and flavorful cookie.

I have been thinking up sweet treats for my daughter’s Valentine’s Day party at school, and I thought that throwing festive Valentine’s Day M&M’s into my favorite cake batter flavored cookies would be a great idea. Andddd I was right! The crunchy chocolates add a great texture and flavor to these already delicious cookies!

While these cookies make a great Valentine’s Day dessert, you can substitute any type of M&M and they would be seasonally appropriate! These would be great for a Christmas cookie, too! And with the super wide variety of M&M’s, you could find ones to go with just about any holiday!
