This delicious Air Fryer recipe is so simple. Anyone else on the Air Fryer bandwagon yet? I seriously use mine everyday. It has completely replaced our microwave. I purchased a 4 quart Ninja Air Fryer when I saw it was on sale on Amazon and it was definitely one of my best purchases of the year. If I were to buy it again, I would definitely buy bigger. So I linked a 5.5 quart Air Fryer.
How to make egg rolls in the air fryer?
It is so easy to make egg rolls in the air fryer. Simply spray your assembled rolls with non-stick cooking spray and then place in a preheated air fryer. I preheat mine for 3 minutes. This will help warm up the tray in there and make the bottoms of your egg rolls get super crispy. Air fry at 350 for 6 minutes and you will have amazingly crispy egg rolls!
Wonton wrappers are found in the produce section at your grocery store. They are refrigerated. Do not substitute spring roll wrappers! They are too thin and will break in when you roll them up.
Disney World Pepperoni Pizza Egg Rolls
On our most recent Disney World trip, I made trying the egg rolls from the Adventureland cart a priority. They have both cheeseburger and pizza egg rolls and they were equally delicious. I knew that I couldn’t wait for our next trip to have them again, so I created my own version at home. I think the Disney version had chopped pepperoni, so the texture is slightly different, but the taste is exactly the same!

These delicious Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza Egg Rolls taste just like the Disney World favorite!
Ingredients
- 6 wonton wrappers
- 18 thin slices of sandwich pepperoni
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into 12 pieces
- garlic powder
- fresh basil diced
Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.

Layer 2 slices of pepperoni on one edge of the wonton wrapper. Add cheese, then another piece of pepperoni, then cheese again. Sprinkle with garlic powder.

Fold edges in then roll up tightly.

Place seam side down in the air fryer and spray with non-stick spray. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown. Don't overcrowd your fryer. You may need to do two batches.

Serve immediately with pizza sauce and sprinkled with fresh basil.
