We all love pasta, which makes it an easy go to side dish, but, my older daughter has started to love potatoes, lately! Baked potatoes, fried potatoes, french fries, all kinds of potatoes! After trying a twisted potato from a local food truck, I knew that I had to recreate them at home for her, thus the Air Fryer Tornado Potatoes were born.

Can you bake tornado potatoes?

You could certainly bake these potatoes, but you won’t get the same crispiness. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown. Make sure not to skip the microwave step. You need to lightly soften the potatoes so you can get the skewer through.
