You guys, if you don’t have an air fryer yet, then what are you waiting for? I am actually on my second one! We loved our first one so much that we gave it to me parents so I could get an even bigger one! Our first Air Fryer was a 4 quart Ninja. It worked great but we used it so much that we needed an upgrade. We are loving our new Instant Pot Brand Air Fryer.

What do you make in the air fryer?

Honestly, everything. We have basically foregone our microwave. If it isn’t liquid, we use the air fryer to heat it up! Food, especially pizza and leftover meat, taste so much better reheated in the air fryer! We use ours for lunches daily too, chicken nuggets, grilled cheeses, and even air fried pb & j’s! If you haven’t made tacos in the air fryer yet, you are seriously missing out!!

How to make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower?

The secret to making this dish is to coat the cauliflower and then let it sit in the fridge for at least one hour before frying. This allows the coating to really stick and to let the buffalo sauce penetrate into the cauliflower, which adds more flavor! I love this Frank’s Buffalo Ranch for coating the cauliflower!
