A delicious layer of pumpkin pie filling gets smeared on a crescent roll, then all rolled up and baked with a cinnamon and sugar crescent roll crust! This easy recipe will be a go to, all fall long!

Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese Roll Ups are the perfect fall snack and fall is officially here my friends. Cool nights, crispy leaves, and pumpkins! It seriously doesn’t get any better than fall and if you lived in my area of the world, you would most certainly agree. The foliage here is incredible and in the next couple of weeks, our mountainsides will be covered in the colors of fall. The temperatures and beautiful colors make me want to drape my house in all things fall and turn my oven into a fall flavored food making machine!

Admittedly, I drink way too much coffee. All year long, all day long, but there is nothing better than a cup of hot coffee with lots of sweet creamer, paired with an easy dessert. I love a sweet snack with my coffee and these Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese Roll Ups fit the bill perfectly.

I love using my favorite creamer Dunkin’ Donuts® Extra Extra Creamer, which is made with real sugar and real cream and milk. I just drizzle a little into my morning cup and it goes from a regular cup of coffee to something amazing! I am so picky about my coffee creamers and I love how smooth and rich this one is. It is perfect for any coffee purist!

Not only do I use the creamer in my coffee, but the Dunkin’ Donuts® Extra Extra Creamer is the perfect liquid for making the drizzle that goes over these roll ups! It is perfectly creamy and sweet and pairs perfectly with the flaky crescent dough. I love using coffee creamer in my icings and it is one of my secret baking tips! The vanilla or caramel variety are also perfect for making drizzles and would pair perfectly with these delicious pumpkin rolls!

Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup pumpkin pie filling
  • 4 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp. white sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp - 1 tbsp. Dunkin’ Donuts® Extra Extra Creamer

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Open your crescent dough and separate into the 8 pieces.
  3. Smear 1 tbsp of cream cheese and then 1 tbsp pumpkin pie filling onto each crescent piece.
  4. Roll up each roll, starting with the widest end to the most narrow.
  5. Once rolled up, sprinkle each with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool.
  8. Once completely cool, mix together the powdered sugar and Dunkin’ Donuts® Extra Extra Creamer. Use just enough creamer to make the sugar wet. Whisk until no lumps remain and you have a thick, but pourable drizzle.
  9. Drizzle over completely cooled crescents. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.

I purchased my Dunkin’ Donuts® Creamers and all my ingredients for this easy recipe at Walmart!

  1. I really enjoy your recipes, but would like to have a picture of the recipe when printing it. Any chance of that?

    1. Hi Janet! I am so glad you like the recipes! Right now, the recipe formatting that I use does not provide a photo but your feedback has kicked my butt into gear to find a better recipe formatting tool so I will be working on making that change this weekend! It may take me a few weeks to update all the recipes, but I will definitely get those images added. Thank you again for the feedback!
