These Easy DIY Studded Pumpkins are really inexpensive, so easy, and add the perfect neutral touch to your fall decorations!
It is officially fall! Do you have your fall decorations out or are you still grasping onto the last few straws of summer? I am not a summer person so I whole-heartedly embrace the cooler temps and changing leaves. I am also known to have my fall decorations out on September 1st!
This year, I waited a little longer to pull my decor out and I was so excited when I saw these studded pumpkins in the bin! I made them late in the season last year and had forgotten about them! I am really trying to incorporate more neutral fall decor this year, and I am so glad that I did these in the white pumpkin instead of orange. The studs are both gold and silver and I love mixing metals into my decor.
These pictures were taken on my phone, so please forgive the white balance!
I bought all my supplies at Michael’s and you really only need two things…the pumpkins and the studs! I think the fall decor is still all 50% off at Michael’s so it’s a good time to stock up!
I didn’t mark out my measurements or anything, just started at the top in a circle and eyeballed it.
I alternated gold and silver around the pumpkin until they were all covered. The studs were self-adhesive, which makes them so easy to apply. I did have a few fall off, so I got out my glue gun and restuck those!
This was a really easy afternoon craft and took maybe 15 minutes at most! I have seen so many fun DIY pumpkin decor ideas this year and want to try a few more. I think these Easy DIY Studded Pumpkins would look great grouped with other decorated pumpkins! Check out my contributor Jess’s gorgeous diy watercolor pumpkins.
