I have been using my Instant Pot a ton, and I realized that my poor crock pot was probably feeling neglected! So I pulled it out, dusted it off a little, and threw in the ingredients for this delicious chili recipe!
I have been loving making Classic Beef Chili in my Instant Pot, but sometimes I like to mix it up and use other flavors in my chili. Crock Pot White Chicken Chili is a favorite, but I love spicy foods and knew that Buffalo Chicken Chili would come out amazing slow cooked in a crock pot all day!
This easy crock pot recipe is perfect for game day. You can throw the crock pot on in the morning and it will be ready by the time game time rolls around! Set out a bunch of toppings and let people make their own chili bowls to eat in front of the tv! Instant Pot Classic Ground Beef Chili
Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Chili
This warm and comforting Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Chili is so full of flavor and is the perfect comfort food meal for any season!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken breast
- 3 stalks of celery chopped
- 3 carrots peeled and chopped
- 1/2 a medium onion diced
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 15 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 6 oz. room temperature cream cheese
- 1/2 cup hot sauce plus more to taste
- 3/4 packet of dry ranch seasoning
Toppings:
- tortilla strips, bleu cheese, green onions, cheddar cheese
Instructions

In a frying pan, brown your ground chicken until cooked through and no pink remains.

Once browned, add all ingredients, except the toppings, into your slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.

Once done, double check for additional seasoning and serve with your favorite toppings. You can add additional hot sauce at this point if you like a spicier chili!
