The Instant Pot lets me throw everything in at 4:30 and be ready in time for dinner!

I not only think my Instant Pot makes delicious food, but I actually think it makes some of the very best food! I think both chili and mashed potatoes come out WAY better in the Instant Pot then in the traditional methods. The mashed potatoes come out incredibly creamy and have the perfect texture! Chili tastes like it has been cooking for hours, but it really has been only minutes!!
