So how many more days do we have left till reveal day? Wait…don’t tell me. This is panic inducing guys!! Progress is not where I wanted it to be, but honestly, I’m not shocked. We knew April was going to be a super busy time for us between two trips and Easter, so we haven’t had a ton of time to dedicate to our room. It is going to get done though!!

We are still plugging away on the floor. Again, we haven’t had a ton of time to just get it finished, so a row gets added here and there. I have received some exciting things in the mail though that I am so excited to share with you! If you saw my InstaStory, I shared the beautiful lights that we received from Lamps Plus! I can’t wait to see them in the space! We have exposed rafters in the basement so I tried to keep with the industrial feel.

I am so excited about these school house style lights!

And we needed something small and light bulb like for one area of the ceiling and I think these will work perfectly!

I also received the most amazing mural from Brookly!! Seriously, guys, this is good. Its even better in person!

I am debating carpets this week and trying to figure out what to order? I have a polka dot one for the kids’ play space, but need to get more! Anyone have a kid friendly, durable carpet that they love?

Next week I should have some more shots of the actual room! Or at least I hope!
