Homemade Snickerdoodle Lattes

With Christmas right around the corner, it is time to invite our family and friends into our homes for holiday cheer! Once you’re done serving them all those delicious holiday snacks, it is time for the coffee and dessert. The colder season is the perfect time to drink more coffee, well for me, it doesn’t matter the temperature, it is always the perfect time to drink more coffee!

When you have a crowd to serve, it is too expensive to pick up fancy drinks from the coffeeshop, so these Snickerdoodle Lattes are perfect for making right at home with your Mr. Coffee® coffeemaker. I recently picked up the new Mr. Coffee® Easy Measure 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker and I love all of the features, but the simple to use process, with uncomplicated, reliable results.

Admittedly, I usually have a hard time getting the coffee to water ratio correct in our old coffee pot, so I love the color coded measuring system with the scoop, carafe, and water reservoir.

The clean cycle with reminder is perfect for people who always forget to clean their coffee pot and the 4-hour shut off gives me peace of mind that I didn’t forget to turn off the pot!

And for busy mornings, I love that I can pause and serve myself a cup before the pot finishes brewing! Only Mr. Coffee® keeps it simple to make great coffee, so you can get on with life and get on with your morning! Sometimes there is just not the time to wait for it to brew!

These Snickerdoodle Lattes are customizable and perfect for making ahead of time when you are serving at a party. You can brew the coffee and keep warm in the carafe, and then steam the milk right before serving. I do not like a super sweet cup of coffee, so I kept the sugar light on this one, but feel free to add more to your taste! You could even add some spicy allspice or anise if you really want to spice these up!
