Guys, I am so excited to share with you a product that I recently had the opportunity to try. Purple sent me one of their new mattresses which is made from hyper-plastic polymer. When I first heard about the mattress, I was so excited to try it because I hate traditional spring beds. I swear that I can feel every last spring in my back during the night. I am a light sleeper, so I need a super comfortable mattress to sleep on. And honestly, who wouldn’t want a bright purple mattress to sleep on? Purple has always been my favorite color so when I heard that, and that there were no springs, I was ready to try it!
The mattress comes all rolled up in a big tube. It is heavy, so make sure you have someone to help you!
We got it unrolled and on our bed and I have never been so excited to go to sleep! Actually, who am I kidding? I am excited for bed time every night! I was skeptical and was worried I would be uncomfortable. Purple states that people who are sleeping on too hard or too soft of beds would go through an adjustment period. The material of their mattress actually properly aligns your body while you are sleeping, and if you had been sleeping on the wrong mattress for too long, your body would have to adjust to the right positioning.
The mattress came with a nice cover on it which was nice because I was worried you would feel the texture of the mattress too much.
Well after only a few nights, both my husband and I could honestly say we loved it. My husband actually he said he liked it better than our super expensive mattress we had bought just a few years ago! The price of the Purple mattress is super reasonable and is definitely in everyone’s price range.
Overall, my back feels better in the mornings and I am sleeping sounder at night. I love that the material of the mattress doesn’t allow me to feel my husband (or our puppy!) moving in the night!
