The 21 Day Fix by Beachbody is such a great program that teaches you great portion control. The trick though is to find recipes that you love, so you don’t feel deprived! I have compiled Eighteen 21 Day Fix recipes here for you to try!
When I first began, I had a hard time finding recipes outside of the ones listed in the little book that comes with the program, so I wanted to round some up for anyone starting out! Update: Autumn has come out with a Fixate Cookbook that I hear is excellent. Check it out here! I hope you enjoy these healthy recipes whether or not you are dieting!
