The 21 Day Fix by Beachbody is such a great program that teaches you great portion control. The trick though is to find recipes that you love, so you don’t feel deprived! I have compiled Eighteen 21 Day Fix recipes here for you to try!

When I first began, I had a hard time finding recipes outside of the ones listed in the little book that comes with the program, so I wanted to round some up for anyone starting out! Update: Autumn has come out with a Fixate Cookbook that I hear is excellent. Check it out here! I hope you enjoy these healthy recipes whether or not you are dieting! You can also check out my second round up of 21 Day Fix recipes here!

The 21 Day Fix focuses on clean eating, so if you are trying to eat cleaner, these recipes will work for that as well! Please click on the link to go to the source’s page.

Many of the original recipes have been removed from the Internet so I am working to update this post with new recipes. I am so sorry if your favorites have been removed but I have not been able to contact the original bloggers to get the recipes back!

  4. How many containers of that color you need to eat. Is it throughout the day? if my calories intake is 1,800-2,099 (5 green, 3 purple, 5 red, 4 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange, 5 teaspoons) I should have this amount for the day,

    1. Hi Monique. Yes, you need to eat all your allotted containers throughout the day. I really recommend eating them all or else you will be hungry!!

    1. Actually Nathan I agree…that is the default color though that comes with theme. Thank you for letting me know and I will work with my designer to see if we can make them more visible!

  5. Can anyone recommend a protein powder other than the Shakeology to use with the 21 day fix? I’ve had it before and wasn’t a fan. Plus, it’s way to expensive for me to use on a regular basis.


      1. The link for the protein powder is not working. I was able to easily find it with a web search, but thought you’d want to know.

  6. If u want to make chicken cutlets. .use almond meal instead of bread crumbs.

    Also I make egg salad with hummus, Greek plain yogurt and dijon mustard instead of mayo

  7. Just wanted to ask about the sweet potato bacon burgers. They sound wonderful! Just confirming that the amount of turkey is just 1 cup and not 1 pound. Just seems like such a small amount to make 6 patties.
