Too much leftover ham? Today I am partnering with Smithfield to share Fifteen Creative Ways to Use Leftover Ham.

We are in the home stretch to Christmas! We couldn’t be more excited here! We will have a packed day of family, presents, and food! We start off at our house, go to my Mother in law’s, and then finish at my Aunt’s house.

There will be tons of food at her house and I always look forward to finishing off Christmas there. We usually drive home with full bellies and a very sleepy little girl in the back seat. Last year, she was way too excited to eat so she brought a baggie full of ham in the car with her! It was so funny to look back there and see her half asleep gnawing on a big slice of spiral ham!

We always have way too much food, but having leftovers is half the fun right? In recent years we have tried to make things easier on ourselves by preparing less labor-intensive food. Smithfield Signature Spiral Sliced Ham is delicious and so easy to prepare! Just pop it in the oven at 275 degrees for about 10 – 12 minutes per pound, then evenly brush on the glaze of your choice and you’re done. If you need a good glaze recipe, I love this fun version made with peaches!

There are so many great ideas on what to do with ham leftovers. It is so versatile and can be used in breakfast, lunch or dinner! I love that it can be tucked into a breakfast burrito, sliced for a sandwich for lunch, or repurposed completely into a delicious soup or casserole for dinner! Really, what other food has that much versatility? Here are some great ideas for your leftover Smithfield Spiral Ham.
