I love looking back at the year and seeing what posts did well and which didn’t. It is funny because sometimes you think a post will do great and like ten people read it and then sometimes you think a recipe will never take off and it does! Here is a look at what you loved in 2015!
These recipes were all published in 2015. My 21 Day Fix Recipes and Posts remained my overall most popular posts but those were all published in 2014.
These meatballs were popular due to a buzzfeed feature and for good reason! These little bite sized morsels are so different than a regular meatball and really mix up dinner! I got this recipe from a friend and am so thankful she shared it with me!
These Tostadas are the ultimate summer meal on the grill. After a quick marinade in spicy chipotle sauce, these chicken tostadas are so packed with flavor!
These pancakes taste like dessert but are the perfect brunch or breakfast food! They are so pretty too and make a great dish to serve to guests!
Two of my most popular recipes this year include brussel sprouts! Who knew you would love this homely little veggie as much as I do? This is my favorite veggie side dish recipe and I love to make it for potlucks and holiday dinners.
6. Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels
These pretzels are the perfect party snack food. Salty and sweet and oh so easy to make. I love that these are so popular because the photo is so simple. I slapped them into a princess bowl for my daughter’s birthday party and snapped a photo, nothing fancy here!
Score another win for the brussel sprout! This recipe is the perfect dinner side dish and can be quickly roasted while the rest of your dinner cooks!
Another simple and easy recipe. The base of these roll ups are a rotisserie chicken. I love how quick and portable these roll ups are. Perfect for a dinner on the go!
This is my go to pasta salad recipe. I love throwing this together in the summer for bbq’s or just for a light summer dinner. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats!
This is one of those recipes that shocked me. It is a simple and healthy recipe and stars cabbage of all things! I had no idea so many people would be into a cabbage recipe! I am glad you like it though because it really is so good. I need to make it again soon!
And the number recipe for 2015 is….drum roll please……….Mini Macaroni and Cheese Bites!
1. Mini Mac and Cheese BitesI have to say that this one doesn’t surprise me! These Mac N Cheese Bites really deserve the top spot for 2015 because they are that good. They are so full of flavor and are always a hit whenever I serve them. They are perfect for your New Year’s or Tailgating party!
