Traditionally, a spritzer is a tall, chilled drink, usually made with white wine and carbonated water or sparkling mineral water. Carbonated clear sodas, such as 7Up and Sprite are perfect for making spritzers as well. Spritzers can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
