BBQ Ham Kabobs

These delicious BBQ Ham Kabobs are an easy dinner or entertaining recipe, perfect for making ahead of time and then cooking on the grill!

  • 2 Hatfield Ham Steaks or leftover ham cut into cubes
  • 3 bell peppers cut into cubes
  • 1 red onion cut into large pieces
  • 8 red skinned potatoes parboiled and cut into quarters
  • 1 cup sweet bbq sauce use your favorite brand
  • salt, pepper to taste


  1. Skewer your ingredients on either metal or wooden skewers. If using wooden, make sure to soak in water beforehand.

  2. Sprinkle skewers with salt and pepper. Brush bbq sauce onto each skewer. Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.

  3. Heat your grill or skillet to medium high heat. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10 minutes a side, or until veggies start to soften and ham starts to brown.

  4. Before removing from grill, baste with bbq sauce again. 

  5. Serve on the skewers or removed from skewers on a platter.
