  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • For the aioli:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and spray a baking pan with non stick spray.
