These tangy Cuban Grilled Pork Chops are so moist and flavorful and will spice up your dinner! These delicious pork chops are anything but boring!
Mix together all ingredients but the pork chops, peppers, and onions. Place marinade in a plastic bag or marinade tray. Add pork chops and toss to evenly coat.
Place bag in fridge overnight or for at least 8 huors. When ready to cook, remove from fridge 30 minutes before hand to come to room temperature.
Slice peppers and onions and season liberally with salt and pepper and oil. Place in aluminum foil and wrap up.
Heat grill to medium high heat. Grill pork chops 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from grill and let rest at least 5 minutes. While pork chops are resting, place foil packet of peppers and onions on the grill. Grill for 5 minutes, or until charred.
Serve together over rice or on their own.
