Slow Cooker Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole
This easy make ahead breakfast recipe will become a family favorite meal!

can of grand style refrigerated biscuits

of shredded cheddar cheese

diced ham

milk

2-3
green onions chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Spray your slow cooker with some cooking spray.

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.

Place the biscuits down the bottom of your slow cooker in as even a layer as possible.

In a large mixing bowl whisk the eggs, milk and salt and pepper together.

Next stir in the cheese, ham and green onions.

Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits.

Cover and cook on high for 1 ½ to 2 hours.

Serve!
