Peach Glazed Spiral Ham

Ingredients

  • fully cooked bone-in spiral ham 6 to 8 pounds
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup peach preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat combine the brown sugar, and peach preserves.
  4. Stir until combined.
  5. Continue to stirring over medium heat until the mixture comes to a bubble. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Spoon half of the glaze over the ham.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour.
  8. Spoon the remaining glaze over the ham and bake another 15-30 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140° and the ham is heated through.

  9. Note: Double the glaze if you want some for serving on the side.
