Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick or Baking Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 lbs. frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Pour melted butter into a 8 by 8 casserole dish.
  3. Whisk together milk, bisquick, and vanilla. Pour over top the butter. Stir gently to distribute. Don't stir completely together.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix together peaches, sugars, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon peaches over the batter.
  5. Bake 55-65 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
