This Crunchy Ramen Noodle Salad is an easy summer side dish recipe, bursting with flavor and texture!

Ingredients
1bag cole slaw mix
1 bagAsian Salad Blenda mix of cabbage, green onions, cilantro, almonds, etc.
2packs Ramen noodleschicken flavored
1/2cupchopped green onions
1/2cupsunflower seeds
Dressing:This is really just a starting point for amounts. Taste and add more as you go
1/3cupcanola oil
1/3cupwhite vinegar
1/3cuprice wine vinegar
2tbsp.sugar plus more to taste
1Ramen seasoning packet
Instructions
Mix all salad ingredients, except for ramen noodles, together in a bowl.
Using your hands, crush noodles into pieces into the salad. I like to have a combination of small noodles and big chunks for a variety in texture.
In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Taste and adjust sweetness. If too sweet for your taste, add more vinegar. If not sweet enough, slowly increase sugar.
Pour dressing over salad and stir well to evenly coat salad. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving so that noodles can soften.
