Cinnamon Rolls with Pumpkin Pie Spice Cream Cheese Frosting

These Easy Cinnamon Rolls with Pumpkin Pie Spice Cream Cheese Frosting are perfect for Thanksgiving morning or for any chilly fall morning!

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 4 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
  • 6 tbsp. powdered sugar + more to taste
  • 2 tbsp. International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


  1. Prepare cinnamon rolls according to instructions. If using canned cinnamon rolls, discard icing packet before baking.
  2. While rolls are baking, combine cream cheese and 4 tbsp. of the powdered sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer.
  3. Mix on medium speed until sugar is well distributed. Add the creamer and mix again on low to incorporate.
  4. Scrape down sides of the bowl with a spatula and then add 2 additional tbps. of powdered sugar, the cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes Taste frosting and if you like a sweeter frosting, add more powdered sugar 1 tbsp. at a time until incorporated.
  5. When rolls are ready, remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Spread icing on the still hot rolls and then sprinkle with the pecans. Serve immediately!
  6. If eating the next day, reheat individual rolls in the microwave for 30 seconds.
