Loaded Baked Potato Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. sour cream reduced fat is fine
  • 1 lb. bacon *  cooked and broken into small pieces reserve a handful
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese reserve a handful
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced chives scallions, or green onions, reserve a palm ful
  • a dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add your sour cream, cooked bacon, shredded cheese, and chives.
  2. Mix well and then add a dash of salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and chill at least 1 hour, but it is best over night. Right before serving, top with your reserved bacon, cheese, and chives. This dip keeps well for at least a 3-5 in the refrigerator.
