This delicious roasted brussel sprouts recipe is the most delicious way to serve brussel sprouts!
Preheat your oven to 400F and set aside a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Clean the brussel sprouts by removing the stem and the outer leaves and then cut in half.
Mix with the olive oil and salt and add pepper to taste.
Spread the brussel sprouts evenly on the sheet pan - cut side down - and sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the sprouts.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until soft and golden brown.
Note 1: you can omit this step by cooking them longer in the oven, about 5-10 minutes. In that case add the parmesan cheese after 10 minutes.
