Hot Loaded Baked Potato Dip

This Hot Loaded Baked Potato Dip is an amazing dip recipe that is great for game day entertaining!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese do not buy preshredded! reserve some for garnish
  • 8 slices crumbled cooked bacon reserve some for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 6 chives, diced

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, chedar cheese, bacon, chives, and garlic powder until well combined. Add to slow cooker and cook on low for 2-4 hours or add to an oven safe casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbling at 375 degrees. 

  2. Garnish with reserved cheese, bacon, and chives before serving. 

  3. Half an hour before serving, cook McCain french fries according to package insructions. Serve alongside dip.
