Preheat your grill to medium heat.

In a piece of foil, add your sliced bananas. Close the foil packet and place on the grill.

Meanwhile, assemble the s'more with the graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow.

Check your banana after 6 minutes and if they are cooked down and mushy, they are ready. (Alternatively, you could add your marshmallows to the bananas here and let them melt a little)

Lift the bottom cracker off of your s'more and lay the sliced bananas on there. Put the chocolate and marshmallow back on and then drizzle with about 1 tsp. of caramel sauce.

Put the top graham cracker on and eat immediately.
