Add all of the ingredients (except the sugar) into a saucepan and heat on low heat.

Stir until the chocolate is melted. Taste and add sugar if needed/to desired taste.

Stir until the sugar is melted and it begins to simmer. The more chocolate you have added, the thicker it will become when it cools before drinking.

Pour into a mug and add a little extra grated chocolate. Serve warm.
