Ingredients
6oz.solid white albacore tunadrained well
1naan flatbread
2roma tomatoesdiced
1/4cupred oniondiced fine
15mozzarella pearlsor 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
3tbsp.balsamic vinaigrette
1/2tbsp.olive oil
3large basil leavessliced into strips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together tuna, tomatoes, onion, balsamic vinaigrette, and olive oil. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Spread tuna mixture evenly across the flatbread. You want to leave the dressing mixture in the bowl so it does not make the bread soggy. Cover mixture with mozzarella and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread becomes golden brown around the edges.
Remove from oven and garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
