21 Day Fix Grilled Fish Tostadas are a delicious, healthy fish recipe that is 21 Day Fix Approved! You will love this light and flavorful easy fish recipe!
I am not the kind of girl who can eat salads or plain grilled meats everyday, so I needed to spice up dinner and find something really delicious that I could serve to my family, while still staying on plan. These tostadas fit the bill. Healthy, easy, delicious, and satisfying! This is my favorite thing that I have made while doing this diet and I plan on making it many more times this summer!
I love these Healthy Grilled Fish Tostadas because they are so good, even if you aren’t doing the Fix. My husband happily ate up a bunch of these for dinner with no complaints that they tasted healthy!

- 1/2 jar of medium salsa
- 8 corn tortillas-do not substitute with flour tortillas!
- mashed avocado or guacamole
- cheese jalapenos, lettuce (optional)
- salt pepper to taste
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
-
In a large piece of foil, place your fish fillets and cover completely with salsa. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (if you are doing the 21 Day Fix, skip the salt)
-
Fold foil over the fish to make a sealed container.
-
Grill over medium heat on your grill for 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish.
-
Meanwhile, lay your tortillas flat on a cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven until completely crisp, but not brown, about 6-8 minutes.
-
When finished, let cool a minute and then spread with mashed avocado or guacamole (if doing the 21 Day Fix, use only the amount that fits in your blue container.)

Yummy, yum, yum!!! This would be great with grouper.
Grouper is my favorite! That would be so good!
this looks so good!
Salsa is a purple container.
Hi Jenn! I double checked with my coach and she counts salsa, as long as its the good stuff just made with tomatoes, onions, and peppers as a vegetable, so that would be green. But I don’t see why you couldn’t count it as purple instead, since tomatoes are considered a fruit. Thanks for commenting!
I am trying to get into your recipes and can’t seem to do it. I LOVE this recipe and have made it before, but don’t remember what I did.
I was trying to get into the zucchini tots one too???
I don’t do the 21 fix and I am not on weight watchers, I just made this recipe because it looked so good! I must say I was right this is a very tasty and healthy recipe which my family and I will continue to enjoy!
Jill, I am soooo happy you guys liked it and even happier that you came back to tell me! It means everything to me to hear that a family enjoyed one of my recipes! I love this recipe too, it is so healthy but with the crunchy tortilla, you don´t feel like it is!
Have you ever baked the fish in the foil packs
Have you ever baked the fish in the foil packs instead of grilling? If you have, what temp and for how long? Thanks in advance!
Hi Savanna! I haven´t tried it myself, but I can see that working wonderfully! I would bake them for about 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees, depending on the thickness of your fish. If it is thin, I think that 8-10 minutes should be plenty of time, if it is thicker, then increase the time!
I am about to try this recipe but I have no stove just a flat top griddle so this should be interesting. It looks yummy, wish me luck!!!!
I bet that will work! You won’t get the smoky grill flavor, but it should still taste good!!
