Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels

If you saw my Princess Party post, then you saw these Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels that were on the cake table. I absolutely love these pretzels and they are SO EASY! I first had them at a potluck at work and after eating a bowl (or two!) of them,  I knew this would be the perfect party food. I am always looking for easy and delicious make ahead foods that I can serve at parties. For me, the ultimate go to party foods are the ones I can make ahead of time. I am a crazy person when it comes to party planning, so the more I can do ahead of time, the better for my sanity!

I like having a list of foods in my back pocket that always work well for parties and that I know people like. This Loaded Baked Potato Dip is one of my favorites, and I have been making Jalapeno Popper Dip and Caramelized Onion Dip  a lot as well. I think I have finally come up with a better formula for party appetizers,  because in the past I always had way too much food! I have been sticking with one hot dip, one cold dip, and something to pick at, like these pretzels. The salty and sweet combo of these are what make them so good!

I never found out who made these at our potluck to ask for the recipe, but I figured they wouldn’t be too hard to figure out. I think I got the recipe pretty close to the original, but you could easily play around with the amounts on these. I hope you try these Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels for your next party or when you are just looking for a salty and sweet snack!

  4. I found 300 to be too hot in my oven. Some were starting to burn after 10 minutes. Turned it down to 200 like I use for chez mix. I did sample and they are delish! I am trying to copycat some pretzel mix my daughter paid $7 for a small bag. I think these will be close!
