When I posted my round up of 18 21 Day Fix recipes last year, I was really happy to have a compilation of recipes because so many people seemed to be doing the 21 Day Fix, but there wereń’t a ton of great recipes out there. I searched and searched and found so many meal plans that were like eat one grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli for lunch everyday. I am not the kind of girl who can eat plain food , especially the same plain food as a meal everyday! I love the concept of clean eating, but that doesn’t mean that your food needs to be plain and boring!
I know that the diet and workouts really worked me and helped me to feel great, so I hoped that it helped other people too. I referenced my round up of recipes for meal ideas, but what I didn’t expect was that so many of you would reference it too! That page gets more hits than all my other pages combined, every single day.
I am no longer doing the Fix, but still do the workouts in the evenings occasionally and try to keep the portion sizes in mind from the containers. I still love finding and cooking healthy recipes though and since the 21 Day Fix’s key principle is clean eating, the recipes are great for anyone who is trying to eat a healthier diet.
I am compiling 10 more recipes that can be used on the 21 Day Fix, or are just great for anyone trying to clean up their diet. I hope these Ten 21 Day Fix Recipes helps you feel inspired about eating healthy and that you get some great new ideas to try!
